3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by customer support.
• JV777 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete this process will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• JV777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the relevant wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute or charge back a deposit through your payment provider without authorisation from JV777 will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated funds.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific requirement (e.g. 10x, 20x) will be stated on each offer.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Free bets and bonus credits must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from accounts.
• JV777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms active at the time of crediting.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on JV777, including pre-match markets and live in-play betting across cricket, football, tennis, basketball, esports and all other sports offered on the platform.

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the user and may be subject to change prior to confirmation of the bet.
• A bet is not confirmed until the platform has issued a bet slip reference number. Network interruptions during the placing of a bet may result in the bet not being registered. JV777 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed.
• In-play markets may be suspended or settled at any point during an event based on the state of play. JV777's decision on in-play market settlement is final.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to JV777's standard void rules, which are published on the Sports and Betting pages.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market and event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• JV777 reserves the right to void or limit any bet where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds, or where the outcome of an event has been influenced by corrupt activity.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the same individual market rules. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator is settled on the remaining selections.
• Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series, follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of rain interruptions or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, specific market rules apply as stated on the Sports page.

6. Casino, Bingo & Fish Games

All Casino games, Bingo rooms and Fish Games available on JV777 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by established software suppliers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for each title are available within the individual game interfaces.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. JV777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or disconnection during a round, the round may be declared void and any associated wager refunded. Winnings from a voided round will not be paid.
